This
book was originally published in 1854. It
contains a preliminary historical essay, along
with the main work itself. The content is
drawn from such works as “Foxe’s
Acts and Moments,” and “Braght’s
Dutch Martyrology.” Other sources include
works by Crosby, Ivimey, Mann, Jones, etc.
etc. The author took considerable pains to
authenticate the work’s statements “both
general and denominational.” |
